Dirk Bontridder joined the Reynaers Group as CEO/Managing Director on March 1st and, after an induction period, will take over ultimate responsibility for day-to-day management and strategy development of the family business as of May 3rd.
Dirk Bontridder brings over 25 years of international management experience to Reynaers from various manufacturing and service sectors.
Under the leadership of Martine Reynaers, the Reynaers Group became a leading international group of companies operating in aluminium (Reynaers Aluminium) and steel (Forster) systems for the construction industry. The company has 2400 employees, is active worldwide and is a pioneer in bringing about a circular building process.
After finishing her mandate as Managing Director, Martine Reynaers will be appointed as non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
